All our carts are fueled by propane gas only. Propane is the most common fuel source, it’s portable, efficient and easy to use.

After cooking is complete, turn off gas. While griddle is warm, scrape food residue from cooking surface to grease pan with a stainless steel scraper. Mix dish soap and water, pour approximately 1/4 cup of this on the cooking surface to loosen any residue. Use a scrubber to clean the surface, use water to rinse and then wipe with clean towel. Regular cleaning and maintenance will keep your stainless steel flat griddle in great condition and ensure it continues to perform well over time!

Clean your flat griddle with warm soapy water prior to first use and wipe dry. Turn on the gas. Pre-heat your griddle to desired cooking temperature. Spray or pour cooking oil on griddle surface. Place your food on cooking surface and enjoy!

You may use metal utensils on all of our stainless steel griddles.
