Warranty Policy

At Gas Shark, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor cooking products. All products purchased through Gas-Shark.com that display the warranty badge on the product page come with a 30-day limited manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer the option to extend this warranty to 1 Year if purchased at checkout. For products without the warranty badge, please refer to our Return Policy.

30-Day Limited Warranty (Included):
All eligible products come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product fails within the first 30 days due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

1 Year Extended Warranty (Optional):
For customers seeking additional protection, you have the option to extend your warranty to a total of 1 year from your purchase date. This extended warranty must be purchased at the time of product purchase directly on the product page. The extended warranty covers the same defects as the 30-day warranty but provides an additional time length of protection, giving you peace of mind for a full 1 Year from the date of purchase.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To submit a claim, contact our customer support team at support@gas-shark.com within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase along with a description of the defect. Our team will assist you in determining whether a repair, replacement, or other solution is appropriate.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:
    •    Normal wear and tear
    •    Damage from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
    •    Products not purchased through Gas-Shark.com
    •    Products without the warranty badge on the product page

Terms & Conditions:
    •    Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
    •    Proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty claim.
    •    Warranty claims must be made within the active warranty period (30 days or 1 year, depending on the coverage purchased).
