- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email support@gas-shark.com with your order number to initiate the refund process. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Defective Items: If you believe your product is defective, please email support@gas-shark.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment to initiate the return process. We will cover all shipping costs for items we deem to be defective and will send a replacement to you free of charge if requested.
- Damaged Items: We take great care to use top-quality packaging methods and materials to ensure your product arrives safely. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at support@gas-shark.com. This allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping if we are not notified within this time frame.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email within 24 hours to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
